1. The Blue Mountains Day Trip and River Cruise
About 2 hours away from Sydney, you can enjoy a memorable one day tour of the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site, the Blue Mountains. You should also visit the nearby Featherdale Wildlife Park where you can hand-feed koalas and kangaroos. Follow it up with a relaxing cruise on the scenic Parramatta River.
2. The Kiama Blow Hole
About 120km from Sydney, the coastal town of Kiama has fascinating natural blow holes for you to marvel at. They eject sea water columns up to 25m high.
