Once you've decided a location and gone through the eligibility details, the next step is to express your interest by submitting the web application form. The application form is free and represents your formal declaration of interest to take part in a CELTA course in one of your desired location in Australia.
The next step of your application involves submission of the completed pre-interview or application task. The pre-interview task will be sent to you after expressing your interest through our web application form.
The pre-interview task is where you will be able to demonstrate your English language skills. Most questions are about basic grammar and language awareness. Ensure you are well prepared for your pre-interview task as it is one of the primary considerations in accepting candidates for our CELTA courses.
After submitting the completed pre-interview task, we will evaluate it to determine if you meet the pre-entry requirements. Consequently, you will be invited to attend an interview.
The interview is usually conducted in person for candidates within the country or by telephone/Skype or any alternative arrangement for overseas candidates. At the interview stage of your application, an experienced tutor will conduct the interview and go through your pre-interview task once again. You'll also have an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
Candidates who are successful at the interview will receive a notification and offer letter confirming that they have been accepted to take the CELTA at their chosen centre in Australia.

How long does it take to get a response to my CELTA application?
Typically you will receive a respose within the first 24 hours after submitting your web application form. You will then receive a detailed information about the pre-interview task and the interview. Once you submit the completed pre-interview task, you'll be contacted in the next 2-4 days to schedule an interivew.
